Our wheel load scales are the ideal measuring instrument for portable and extremely accurate wheel, axle or vehicle weighing ranging from two-wheelers and cars to heavy-duty vehicles. Our product range also encompasses portable wheel scales for verification applications. Areas of use are extremely varied. In addition to vehicle weighing alone, centres of gravity and load distributions can be determined with weighing data. Vehicle scales are used in automotive production, motor racing, vehicle modification or export control.

These very flat, extremely accurate and maintenance-free vehicle scales can be combined with each other in practically any configuration. The scales need merely be set up on a level and firm subsurface and combined with each other, depending on the version involved. All the wheels of a vehicle should also be at the same height level for exact determination of the load distribution. Our non-verified wheel scales are supplied with a factory calibration certificate traceable to the national standards at the Physikalisch-Technische Bundesanstalt (PTB, German Metrology Institute). The verified wheel scales receive a calibration certificate.

Portable wheel load scale RW 2.0

This extremely light and flat wheel scale is ideal for mobile weighing operations. The display and evaluation of data is realised with wheel load scale software specially developed by us. Logging and data storage is also possible as a consequence. A level subsurface is a prerequisite for high measurement accuracy. Unsteady wheel load scales would only falsify the results.

Portable wheel load scale RW 8.1, RWF 8.1.0

Our portable wheel scales RW 8.1, RWF 8.1.0 are used for precise weighing of private cars, heavy goods vehicles, caravans, trailers and other single and multiple-axle vehicles. We can provide you with wheel load scale software which can display, log and store measured values on the PC. Wheel load scales are easy to transport, set up and operate.

With type RW 8.1 the data is transmitted via cable, with type RWF 8.1.0 via radio.

Portable wheel load scale RW 9.1, RWF 9.1.0

The wheel load scales type RW 9.1, RWF 9.1.0 are designed for weighing heavy vehicles with large wheels. The effective weighing surface is 600mm x 400mm. The scales are therefore big enough for trucks with twin wheels to drive onto without difficulty.

We can provide you with wheel load scale software which can display, log and store the measured values of up to 20 weighing platforms on the PC.

These truck scales are also suitable for mobile use and can be combined with other wheel load scales. Integrated rollers and hand grips make it easy for you to align the weighing platforms.

With type RW 9.1 the data is transmitted via cable, with type RWF 9.1.0 via radio.
